You guys need to better explain how the live chat works. Also, I was only online with my advisor for less than two minutes and it cost me $10 but her rate is $4/min. This is not okay!

Hello, Your suggestion is good but showing random advisor without any input will not serve any purpose. We have plenty of filters which you can use to choose advisors as per your requirements. Click on the filter icon on home screen at the top.
If a particular advisor isn't online at that moment allow the client the option to be notified whenever the advisor is back online
This feature is already there. You can add advisor to your favourite list and you will be notified.
When trying to buy credit for one price the account is being charged a higher amount
Hello Tarsha, We don't process payment. Apple/Google process payment for Apple and Google Play store respectively. They may be adding local taxes. You can either check the purchase receipt or contact them to find out about the extra charges/tax.
Can users be allowed to opt out of services? I just spoke to an advisor and the majority of the message was about services. It’s really disappointing.

I feel like the questions are a great way to earn credit I just wish there was a little longer time limit some questions are a little hard to understand and I have to read them twice
Can users decide if they want a spoken voice message or text reading? When I use the message feature, I’m normally hoping for a written message back. However sometimes I get a voice message back. It would be nice if the user can specify because some of us have hearing issues.
Hello, Like any chat messengers it is up to users to decide what do they want to send in messages. It is not possible to restrict voice messages. There are few advisors who may send voice messages. You can request them to send text message instead.
Hi! I on July 19th 2022 I asked if users can be able to block advisors…I see this feature was implemented but I was told it would not be possible. I never received credit for suggesting this feature.
