Hello, That's the reason we advise to have more than sufficient credit prior to starting live chat/phone/video reading. You can always buy more credit and continue where you left.

You may have selected Sports or Select All or you may have exhausted all questions in other categories. Try again. Just select any category and click on Play. Alternatively go to a category and play from there.

They don't show on home screen if they are Away or Inactive. In such case you can find the conversation on Messages screen towards the bottom, scroll down to load all conversations. You can also search for advisor name on the Messages screen.
Hi, some readers in their profiles say they offer palm reading...maybe could have something that can scan a photo of your hand so that you can send it to them so they can offer palm reading? Thanks
Hello, You can upload scan of your palm in messages and ask them to read. They also offer Palm Reading services which you can buy and then send them palm's photo via messages.

Hello, Advisors can't initiate chat/phone/video/live chat so there is no sense to block them. If you have any issue with any advisors then you can contact us via support.
advisers should put a specific time on when there no longer available. like after 10 not available in bio or description

I gave a one-star review to a new advisor. It was honest but polite. However it was not published. How come honest, but negative reviews don’t get published. This makes me not trust this app and the advisors on it because all you ever really see are positive reviews. Not every advisor connects with the client, and yes-a lot of the times they are wrong about at least a few things.
Hello, Testimonials are moderated and if we find it appropriate then only we publish after going through it. Just saying she was wrong is not a testimonial. If you know she was wrong then why you ask questions?

Live streaming is not for readings. It's to let you know that advisors are online and available.
Let people know who is online now
You can add advisors to your favourite list, when they come online you will be notified.
Maybe could have a message system where you can request when an advisor is likely to be next online.
You should run promotions on holidays and such? For example on Mother’s Day.
I wish clients were able to opt in and out of being asked to purchase services. More and more advisors don’t answer your question that you paid for but instead advise you to purchase a cleanse or whatever. Sometimes clients just want their questions answered and don’t want to be hustled.

Advisors may suggest services if they feel it can help you. If you are not interested then you can tell them that you don't want any services. If advisors don't reply to your question then you can always ask for refund.
