Hi! I on July 19th 2022 I asked if users can be able to block advisors…I see this feature was implemented but I was told it would not be possible. I never received credit for suggesting this feature.

My app froze while I was in chat, wasn’t charging me, so I restarted it and it took my credits so I couldn’t get back into the chat

Hi, is there any way of searching for a particular phrase in messages. One of the advisors said POI wasn't single and she was right but cannot remember her name. Also if you can search by phase, can you find messages from advisors who have since left? Thanks

There seems to be a bug when purchasing credit. it states purchase successful, but the credit is still 0. restarting app doesnt help either please fix this
Hello, It is not a bug. Sometimes, due to various technical issues with Apple or our server or network connection, credit purchase may not go through. In such case you can contact us via Support page with purchase receipt and we will credit the purchase.
Can there be horoscopes added? There are articles and live streams but it’d be nice to understand horoscopes as well as planetary movements!

Hello, It is not a bug, we have tested it. It takes time when you upload documents. While uploading, wait for a while. Another issue may be that you re trying to upload large size document. If you are still facing issue then contact us via Support screen.
Great app and have very cheap price to buy credits among all psychics app. But please can you put the online status on advisor profile and how long they response, because i've asked to one of advisor, they didn't response more than 24 hours. Thank you!
Hello Sylviana, Thank you for feedback. You will see the status of advisors via Message/Live Chat/Phone/Video buttons. Green means they are online on the respective service, gray colour means they are offline. Messages are not guaranteed to be replied in a given timeframe, for instant reading please use live chat/phone/video reading.
can there be a message “queue” feature on an advisors profile that tells us how many messages are in their queue to answer to help give us an idea of when we can expect a response? it could also encourage users to try out different advisors

The “check in credit” feature states that I need to purchase credits within the last 14 days in order to use the feature. But the notification flag doesn’t turn off after being read. I have enough credits for readings and don’t need to download so frequently.
That flag clears after check-in.
Can there be a function to ask a clarifying question about a reading.? I’ve had many readings where I don’t understand due to many typos, grammatical errors etc. I hate having to pay again just to understand the message.
Seems like you must use live chat/phone/video reading. Messages don't have any such features.
Prompt for update for the app but after updating the app the prompt still occurs. Restarting the app doesnt help. Please fix this

I heavily use the filter “quickest response” and I notice today the last hour it’s mainly showing the default people everytime I goes to click the filter option.

i see that you’ve changed the delete message function to be able to delete a message to an advisor after an hour. could you implement an edit message function instead so that we can change the question or fix a spelling error/mistake before the advisor reads it?
Hello, this is good suggestion, we will have to think over it. You can copy message, delete it, paste and edit to resend.
