On toggling pages on the phone and coming back to Psychic chat page, it refreshes the contents of the page. Also within the app, after you click on an option and come back to the previous, it refreshes the page. You could work on how to not refresh on toggling pages or going back after clicking.

Hello, Messages are offline so there is no way to show typing/replying status. If you want live reading then you can use Live chat or phone/video.

I haven't changed the app at all but now it has randomly changed. When typing a message, my keyboard covers the message so I cannot see what I am writing.not sure if this could be a bug? I have not changed my phone and never had this issue before untill yesterday

When adding a picture of my POI or talk screenshots to send to the advisor, the app assumes this only refers to the requesters photo asking for a profile verification with ID. The send photo button muust not be limited to sending my photo, but also imaged of POI and screenshots, etc. This is pretty annoying, please correct. Thanks

Hi there I would like to suggest this additional tool for your app, if I may. A big frustration for clients are when you have paid for a reading but then the advisor never responds or they did not even see your message. It would be great if a option could be added where you could send one free text message to the advisor where they are notified after a few hours that they did not view your message yet. Or, maybe a notification sound could be implemented, which will notify the advisor that there is an unread message? Anyway just a few suggestions from my side. Thank you still for the great app

You can delete message anytime and try other advisors or use live chat/phone/video.

At time when the prices for advisor go up the app doesn’t tell the user that the prices are up. So maybe a good idea would be to tell the user that the prices are up and the new price is 1.99 instead of .99. This will be a proactive approach rather than user trying to figure out that by not being able to type and seeing you need credit .

Today when we message the advisor the message appears in message and unanswered tab. This creates a confusion . We can remove the tab message and create a tab like Answered. So when a client messages it appears in unanswered and as soon as the advisor messages it appears in Answered. Thsi will take away the confusion and is a better experience for the client

the testimonial feature for kelly reyes doesn’t work. i purchased a reading from her & when i go to write a review, it says, “sorry, you can’t write a testimonial to this advisor as you didn’t have any readings from him/her.”

When you write a message text to adviser and you chage the window, to another app or call, the moment you return the written text disappears. On android this bug is present 100% and ita annoying
