Can an accuracy meter be added? For example, if you’ve done 3 or more readings with an advisor you can rate them on a scale. It would be more helpful than just reviews.

Could create a dashboard tab showing eg most used advisors, most accurate (based on reviews), average time to reply, cost per message/min that renews every month so rather then having to scroll through different advisors, the customer can have all the info provided on one page and find advisor that suits there purpose quickly. Could also encourage customer to spend more, if they see that an advisor costs slightly more per message but replies faster/more accurate rather then picking an advisor based on how much per message?

It is already there, click on filter icon in the navigation (top left) and filter as per required parameter.

Hello, We have checked and it is working. May be your photo is too large? Try reducing its size and retry. You should also update app to the latest version.

Readers actual schedule that they are online should be on here so that we know when they are actually available to do readings because some readers aren't online but it still show they are

There should be an option for the user to apply when the credit rans out and the last question wasnt answered.

Should be able to add credit on the live chat page, rather then having to exit the chat to go and put more in. Or when chat expires have option to add more on straight away.

Unfortunately it can't be done. It has to go through Apple's/Google's payment flow which takes some time to process so it wouldn't be in real time even if we manage to implement it.

A feature that would allow you to pick the best reader that would fit your situation best. Like a short quiz: “do you like sugar coating or straightforward?” Things of that nature

Hello, It will not be possible to implement such features. You can filter advisors by testimonials, ratings, likes etc.

Maybe have an option to buy e-cards eg at easter/Christmas or even just to say thank you for a couple of dollars to send to an advisor of your choice. Esp if a prediction has came true or an advisor has been really helpful could pay eg 3 dollars and send them an thank you e-card to show appreciation?

There is a feature which lets you tip advisor. You can use that.

Maybe could add an option to have a reading where, eg if advisor is using tarot, you could pay for a recorded video message, so you can see the cards and listen to what the advisor is saying. Similar to a live video reading but shorter in duration and can re-watch at any time, especially handy if not in the same time zone so is hard to get a live video reading.

Should be able to update review/testimonials. If you have only had 1 reading with an advisor and that reading has come true, be nice to be able to update review to say "X happened as advised by advisor". I know you can buy another reading in order to get another testimonial, but might not want another reading so would be good if you could just update your previous reviews

With regards to the rating, the helpful/not helpful vote, can you please make it less rigid? For instance, I mistakenly clicked on 'No' for one's rating comment, that's, it's not helpful but that wasn't intended. Wanted to undo the action and realize it was impossible so can you make it flexible?

Maybe could have a filter for my/customer's "most used", or "most visited advisor" to arrange them from your most used to your least used advisor.

Hi. With the testimonials, apart from the recent category, I suggest the rest of the categories should be sorted according to dates and not just randomly. Example, for the 'most helpful' category, it should begin from the most recent date, then as we scroll down, we get to the older dates, in that order.
