I like how Facebook has the green dot next to pictures showing that the individual is online. I definitely think it would be beneficial to have a green dot next to the Advisors’ pics..especially when I’m waiting for my advisor to come online through messages..I rather see the green dot than to leave my message section and have to go to the advisor filter just see if my advisor is online

It would be great if there was a schedule the advisers had posted so we could know when they are available next. Or at least something that told us when their last longin was. Because I have had a question pending for a few days and they haven’t even logged into the site yet.

I support contact number instead of going through customer service and waiting for them to talk to you I think it's more important to be able to talk to a person on the phone it's more personable and you probably get a lot more business

I think psychics should have the price on their profile of how much they charge for additional services. Sometimes it’s quite upsetting having to pay extra $ just to find out. I have found asking In the testimony doesn’t work

Hello, Advisors offer a number of different additional services and price for same varies for each of them. It's not possible to quantify these additional services. The additional services is something you discuss with advisors directly.

It would be nice to know if a psychic has seen your message and is in the process of responding. There has been times when i delete but theyre supposedly in the process of answering! but i just thought they missed the message.

Hello! One thing I can suggest for the app is that you activate w 5.99 button for credits. Every time I want to contact an advisor that charges 5.99 I have to buy a 6.99 credit. Thank you very much for your time!

Users should be able to “agree” or “disagree” on other users testimonials. For example if they find it helpful or they’ve experienced the same. Almost like hitting the like button on social media platforms.

Suggestion - when someone leaves a review for a psychic are you able to link it to show who the reading is for? I.e someone leaves a review are you able to put maybe next to the reviewers name which psychic the review applies to. When you use your web browser version you can see testimonials but you never know who they are for unless someone mentions the name of the psychic, you notice a psychic has increased its rating reviews or you go through the psychics. Just be nice to know when you read peoples testimonials who they are for instead of having to go searching

I feel like the advisors that cost more than 3.99 should respond with more details than just a one lined sentence. I spend a lot of money on this app and it’s very disappointing when I feel my money is not valuable with some of the advisors.

When a psychic rejects a request for a reading, there should be more of an explanation than cannot connect being the only choice for them to choose. If they do not do the reading type that is requested, they should always refund the reading and not reply saying they don’t do that type of reading while still charging the client.

Hello Kimberly, They don't reject request for reading but they refund your message if they can't 'connect or other reasons. They do have option for writing reason and they do write reason. It is up to them to write detailed reason.

There should a “nudge” button to let an advisor know that you stopped by and would like to talk.

Hello, You can chat/talk to advisor without nudging them as you can see their online status. There is already online status so adding nudge will not add any value to the app.
