I like how Facebook has the green dot next to pictures showing that the individual is online. I definitely think it would be beneficial to have a green dot next to the Advisors’ pics..especially when I’m waiting for my advisor to come online through messages..I rather see the green dot than to leave my message section and have to go to the advisor filter just see if my advisor is online

Hello! One thing I can suggest for the app is that you activate w 5.99 button for credits. Every time I want to contact an advisor that charges 5.99 I have to buy a 6.99 credit. Thank you very much for your time!

Users should be able to “agree” or “disagree” on other users testimonials. For example if they find it helpful or they’ve experienced the same. Almost like hitting the like button on social media platforms.

It would be amazing to have online chat. U pay an amount of money, and the chat is either available for 10-15 minutes depending how much the prices are. It's a good experience. I would lower maybe the prices just a little bit , to be fair.

Why is that some physics change there price a lot? There is one physic who changes there price too much and one minute it’s 1.99 and then 4.99. It’s not consistent and discourage me from asking them a question. Can pricing be based off of testimonials and feedback? Like a ranking system

Hello, Advisors are allowed to change their prices as per their wish. You always see prices mentioned everywhere so you know what you are paying for.

I suggest moving favourites to home screen so that we can quickly access our favourite advisors. You can add two tabs on home screen - All and Favourites.

Dont know if it would be possible but could have a search option so you can search by a certain word in your replies eg- there was a reading where one of your readers a couple of months ago said i would get offered a new job and it would be linked to insurance. Can't remember who predicted this but they was right and i want to leave feedback. But i now have to go through all my readings to try and find out who said it. But if there was a search function on messages, i could just search for word 'insurance' and would bring up that reply. Thanks
