The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Customer”, “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website & mobile app and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “Advisor”, “Advisors” refers to the advisors who offer services on the platform. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” “Live Psychic Chat” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of England and Wales. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
By accessing and using the Website, Mobile Application or Services You agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use or access Websites or Mobile Applications.
THE SERVICE OFFERED ON OUR MARKETPLACE IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Live Psychic Chat Website and Mobile Applications are a service marketplace platform that connects Clients and Advisors via website or mobile applications.
You must be over 18 years of age to use our services.
We may change these terms from time to time, the updated terms will be available on this page. You should review terms each time you visit the Website or use Mobile Application.
We do not offer any psychic services/advice on our own. We only provide a marketplace platform which allows Clients and Advisors to communicate with each other.
You pay a fee (per message/minute) to use our platform to send messages and receive replies from advisors or talk to advisors on phone/video. The content of your message, conversation with advisor over phone/video and reply from advisor are not our concern and we are not responsible for the same in anyway whatsoever.
All advice provided by advisors are for entertainment purposes only and do not in any way constitute personal, legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
We do not offer any money refund if you are not happy with the content of the advisor's reply. As we have said above, we are in no way responsible for the content of messages. WE ONLY PROVIDE A MARKETPLACE PLATFORM CONNECTING CLIENTS AND ADVISORS.
We can only offer you credit if you haven’t received replies from advisors. However please note that we can’t refund money.
By using our website/mobile apps you understand that you are not receiving any reading/advice from us directly.
Advice or consultation provided by Advisors are those of individual advisors and not the opinions of “Live Psychic Chat”. Advisors are not our employees and any conversation between you and an advisor is not our responsibilities.
We do not have control over the content of readings and messages exchanged between you and advisor.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, mental/emotional/physical stress which may result from the advice given by advisors.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, mental, emotional stress or physical stress which may result from the usage of our platform.
Advisors on our network don't reply to questions related to:
- pregnancy, paternity, gender or any other medical conditions
- legal advice, criminal activities, drugs or any other law & order situation
- gambling tips, lottery etc.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You cannot use, copy, publish the content (text, images, graphics, concept, animation, videos, APIs etc.) of our Websites, Mobile Applications in any form without our written consent.
You must be 18+ to register and use our services. Registration is free. We don't allow under 18 to use this app and if we find out you have lied your date of birth then we have no option but to terminate your account.
MESSAGE, PHONE & VIDEO RATES
An online advisor will reply to your message instantly IF THEY ARE ONLINE AND AVAILABLE. If they are online, then it doesn't mean they will reply instantly. They might be serving other clients for example.
There is no guarantee that an advisor will reply to your messages at all. You can delete unanswered messages to get back credit or request us for credit.
Please note that one day of delay is normal on our network as most advisors log in once a day or so.
Cost of each message and rate for phone/video is mentioned on the advisor's profile card.
ASKING QUESTIONS & ADVISORS’ REPLIES
You are advised to include as much detail as possible in the question. E.g. name, date of birth etc.
Please do not disclose your contact details such as email or phone/mobile number or postal addresses in the message. We are not responsible for any damages due to disclosure of personal details in the messages.
Your questions must be clear enough so that the advisor can understand and reply accordingly. We can’t credit your account if your questions are vague.
You are advised to ask specific questions and ask for specific replies. We can’t offer any credit if your question is generic and you expect a specific reply.
We do not allow advisors to ask or force for any personal reading/services beyond our network. If you receive any such request from the advisor then inform us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
REFUND & MESSAGE CREDIT
Please note that we do not offer a money refund in the case of a delay in reply. Money refund is not in our hands. All money refunds are handled by respective app stores.
There is no credit/money refund offered for readings availed solely from the free earned credit such as watching video, check-in etc.
If you haven’t received replies, then you can delete unanswered messages to get back refund. You can request credit to support via email email@example.com.
Testimonials are feedback given by clients to advisors for advice received from them. Any testimonial which contains anything else than a testimonial on advice received will not be published.
Clients receive 1 testimonial credit per chat reading received from the advisor.
Testimonials are a feature which we offer for free and you don’t have any rights over it. We may withdraw this feature from your account without giving any reason or notice at all.
Testimonials given to advisors are moderated and we reserve the right to not publish them if they are not appropriate. We will not publish testimonial if it
- contains a statement that you don’t like and advisor or his/her replies
- asks when you will get a reply
- contains statement that other advisors said something different
- complains about short reply
- contains details about your personal life, circumstances or any reference to any other person
Testimonials are not published if advisor has blocked you.
You can submit feedback/suggestions/bug reports related to any aspect of the app. We reserve the right to accept or publish it.
You are rewarded if we find your feedback/suggestion/bug report to be useful. We reward via credit to your account.
We reserve the right to change the credit amount any time.
We will notify you when your feedback/suggestion is accepted. If you don’t hear from us within a week then you may assume that your feedback is not accepted for reward.
We may publish useful feedback on apps which are visible to the public.
Payment made for additional services is non-refundable.
SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY
We endeavour to provide a secure platform as much as we can, however, we do not guarantee that platform is 100% secure. We do not encrypt end to end data. We do not offer any guarantee against hack/theft of personal data/messages or confidentiality breach.
We do not store your card details on our servers as transactions are handled by app stores or payment processors.
Refer to a friend, when they join and purchase credit you will earn 5% of the purchase made by them. This is recurring and lifelong earning without doing anything further. As long as your referred friends keep on purchasing you will keep earning cash. You can cashout when you have earned $50 or you can redeem for credit.
How to refer?
Simply click on the Share Link button and share link on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp or send link to your friends via text messages.
How much will you earn?
You will earn 5% of the purchase made by your referred friends.
In case of fraud or chargeback the referral earning will be deducted.
We will pay via paypal or bank transfer.
Minimum amount required for cash out is $50.
You may also redeem referral earnings towards your credit and it’s irreversible.

Self-referral is now allowed
You can’t refer to yourself or create a duplicate account for the purpose of earning referral income. We will ban all accounts associated with self-referral accounts.
We don’t allow referral program in the following countries:
Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan
We reserve the right to change the commission rate anytime.
Free Credit Offer
From time to time we may run Free credit offers. These offers are applicable only to one person per account. Any attempt to create duplicate accounts to avail offers will end up in account termination.
Any attempt to manipulate the system to avail these offers may also result in account termination.
We also ban users who violate our terms and conditions.
Your account can also be banned due to various other reasons:
- If you initiate chargeback refund from Appstore/PayPal/credit card companies and continue to use our app. In such cases we also inform various fraud prevention companies and 3rd party.
- If you intend to request a refund from Appstore/PayPal/credit card companies after using our services.
- Rude, abusive & unreasonable behaviour towards our staff or advisors
- Disclose your personal contact details or solicit contact details from advisors
- Threaten us or our staff members
There is no refund whatsoever if your account is banned for violating our terms and conditions.
We can terminate your account at any time without giving any notice if we find that you have violated our general & referral terms and conditions or otherwise. In case of termination of account your referral account will also be terminated and you will not receive any payments in the future.
We may also terminate your account anytime without giving any reason whatsoever.
