Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Live Psychic Chat mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Platform
1.1 Live Psychic Chat operates solely as a digital marketplace that connects clients (“Users”) with independent third-party psychic advisors (“Advisors”).
We do not provide psychic readings, advice, consultations, predictions, or professional guidance of any kind.
1.2 Advisors are not employees, representatives or agents of Live Psychic Chat. They operate as independent service providers fully responsible for their own advice, communications, conduct, profiles, and services.
1.3 The Platform does not supervise, verify, vet, authenticate, guarantee or endorse any Advisor, their identity, their accuracy, their experience, their claims, or their abilities. Advisors may use stage names or fictional personas.
1.4 All services are provided solely by Advisors, and all interactions occur directly between Users and Advisors, at Users’ own risk.
1.5 All readings, predictions, statements and messages are for entertainment purposes only and must not be considered:
- professional advice
- legal, medical or financial guidance
- factual statements
- accurate predictions of future events
- substitutes for licensed/qualified professionals
1.6 You acknowledge that we do not promise, guarantee or warrant:
- accuracy or truth of readings
- quality or usefulness of advice
- timing, speed or availability of responses
- the outcome of any reading
- any specific results from using the Platform
1.7 We have no duty to monitor or verify any Advisor’s content, behaviour, claims, qualifications, advice, or identity.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform.
2.2 Providing false age or identity information may result in immediate termination without refund.
3. Marketplace Service & Payment
3.1 Users purchase credits and use those credits to communicate with Advisors.
3.2 Live Psychic Chat is not a party to the service transaction between User and Advisor. All advice is provided solely by Advisors.
3.3 Refunds for purchases made through App Stores are governed by Apple/Google. We cannot override their decisions.
3.4 Credits may be issued only when a message is not answered. No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction with advice.
3.5 We may modify Platform prices, credit costs, features, or services at any time.
4. Disclaimer of Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
4.1 All advice from Advisors is their own personal opinion, subjective, interpretive, and may be incorrect.
4.2 We are not responsible for:
- the content of readings or advice
- Advisor identity, background, accuracy or credibility
- delays, missed replies or no replies from Advisors
- decision-making or actions taken based on advice
- emotional distress resulting from readings
- losses, damages or consequences arising from reliance on advice
4.3 You are solely responsible for evaluating any advice you receive.
5. No Professional Advice
The Platform and Advisors do not provide:
- medical or mental-health advice
- legal advice or representation
- financial, investment or tax advice
- pregnancy, fertility or paternity insights
- criminal, gambling or lottery guidance
- any licensed or regulated professional service
Seek qualified professionals for such matters.
6. Confidentiality & Message Use
6.1 Chats, calls and video sessions are private and confidential between Users and Advisors.
6.2 Users and Advisors must not record, screenshot, publish or share any communication without explicit consent.
6.3 We may store and access communications for:
- security
- fraud prevention
- dispute investigation
- legal compliance
6.4 Communications cannot be used as legal evidence against Live Psychic Chat.
6.5 We have no obligation to retain chat history, call recordings or media files beyond our internal retention policies.
7. No Legal Use of Readings or Communications
7.1 Messages, calls and readings cannot be used:
- as legal evidence
- to support claims, disputes or lawsuits
- as proof of promises, outcomes or guarantees
7.2 Decisions based on readings are made entirely at your own risk.
8. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Live Psychic Chat, its owners, directors, employees and partners from any claim, dispute, loss, cost or liability arising from:
- your use of the Platform
- your reliance on Advisor advice
- Advisor behaviour or statements
- any dispute between you and an Advisor
- violations of these Terms
- unauthorized access to your account
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
9.1 Live Psychic Chat is not liable for:
- direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages
- emotional distress or psychological impact
- missed, delayed or unanswered readings
- service interruptions, outages or downtime
- data loss, technical failure, hacks or breaches
- loss of income, opportunities or expectations
9.2 Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days before the claim.
10. Advisor Rules & Restrictions
Advisors must not answer questions related to:
- medical issues, pregnancy, fertility, paternity
- legal or criminal matters
- financial or tax issues
- gambling, betting or lottery predictions
- drug-related or illegal topics
11. User Conduct & Account Termination
Your account may be terminated without notice if you:
- harass staff or Advisors
- file chargebacks after using services
- request personal contact from Advisors
- create fraudulent or duplicate accounts
- abuse promotions or referral programs
- violate any part of these Terms
No refunds are provided after termination.

13. Security & No Liability for Breaches
We aim to provide a secure platform but cannot guarantee:
- 100% protection
- end-to-end encryption
- prevention of all hacks, breaches or cyberattacks
Live Psychic Chat is not liable for any data loss, leakage, hacking, interception, unauthorized access or compromise of your account or communications.
14. Payment Processing & Third-Party Liability Disclaimer
Live Psychic Chat uses third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Apple App Store (In-App Purchases) and Google Play Billing to process all payments made on the Platform.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All payments are processed externally by the respective payment provider and not by Live Psychic Chat.
- Live Psychic Chat does not store, collect or handle your credit/debit card details at any time.
- All transactions are subject to the terms, conditions and policies of the respective payment provider.
- Live Psychic Chat is not responsible for payment errors, delays, transaction failures, declined payments, duplicate payments, or any technical issues caused by third-party processors.
- Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google must be requested directly through the App Store or Google Play, and are governed solely by their policies. We cannot override or influence their refund decisions.
- Stripe and PayPal may flag, reverse, delay or hold transactions for risk review or fraud prevention. Live Psychic Chat has no control over these decisions and cannot expedite them.
- Chargebacks initiated through banks, card issuers, PayPal or payment processors are outside our control. Any resulting fees, losses or account actions are determined exclusively by the payment provider.
- If a transaction is reversed, disputed or refunded by a payment processor, Live Psychic Chat may deduct equivalent credits, earnings or balances from your account.
- Live Psychic Chat shall not be liable for any financial loss, inconvenience or damages arising from:
- processor downtime or maintenance
- processing delays or technical issues
- fraud checks, holds or risk assessments
- refund refusals by Apple/Google/PayPal/Stripe
- billing errors caused by third-party systems
- Your use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of all payment processor policies, including billing, refunds, dispute handling and chargeback rules.
In all circumstances, Live Psychic Chat’s role is limited to providing the digital marketplace. We do not administer, control or guarantee any part of the payment process handled by external providers.
15. Right to Refuse Service
Live Psychic Chat reserves the right, at our sole discretion and for any lawful reason, to refuse access to the Platform or Services to any User. This includes the right to:
- decline new User registrations,
- suspend, limit or terminate any User account,
- restrict access to specific features or content,
- block Users who pose a risk to safety, integrity or platform operations,
- take any protective action necessary to maintain a secure and respectful environment.
We may take such action with or without notice, and we are under no obligation to provide a reason, except where legally required.
Live Psychic Chat shall not be liable for any losses, inconvenience or damages resulting from refusal of service, suspension or termination of a User account.
Nothing in this section permits unlawful discrimination. We do not refuse service based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, religion, disability or sexual orientation.
16. No Claim of Supernatural Accuracy
Live Psychic Chat does not claim, represent or guarantee that any Advisor possesses supernatural, psychic, spiritual or intuitive powers, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, validity or outcome of any reading, prediction or statement provided through the Platform.
All readings and content provided by Advisors are personal opinions and interpretations, offered strictly for entertainment purposes only. No reading should be relied upon as factual, certain, guaranteed or professionally authoritative.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that Live Psychic Chat is not responsible for:
- the accuracy or inaccuracy of any prediction or statement,
- any emotional, personal, financial or life decisions made based on a reading,
- any disappointment or dissatisfaction with the outcome of a reading,
- any claims of supernatural or spiritual ability attributed to an Advisor.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the truth, reliability or effectiveness of readings provided via the Platform.
17. Auto-Ban for Threatening Legal Action
Live Psychic Chat maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or hostile behaviour, including threats of legal action against the Platform, its staff, or any Advisor.
If a User threatens, initiates or expresses intent to pursue legal action regarding readings, predictions, advice, or any interaction on the Platform, we may immediately suspend or permanently terminate the User’s account.
This policy exists to protect Advisors and the Platform from misuse, harassment, intimidation or bad-faith disputes. All decisions made under this clause are final, and no refunds are provided upon suspension or termination.
18. No Warranty of Availability
We do not guarantee continuous or error-free access to the Platform. Maintenance, outages or technical issues may occur at any time.
19. No Guarantee of Storage
The Platform does not guarantee the storage, retention or availability of any data, messages, chat logs, media files, recordings or other content. We may delete, remove, archive or purge any content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies or backups of any information they wish to retain. The Platform is not liable for any loss, deletion or unavailability of data under any circumstances.
20. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on Advisor advice. You must use your own judgment at all times.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
