These Referral Program Terms (“Referral Terms”) govern your participation in the Live Psychic Chat referral programme (“Programme”). By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Referral Terms as well as the general Terms & Conditions of the Platform. If you do not agree, you must not participate.
The Programme is offered at our sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.
1.1 You may invite friends to join Live Psychic Chat by sharing your unique referral link via social media, messaging apps, email or any other permitted method.
1.2 When a referred user (“Referee”) registers through your link, verifies their account, and makes a qualifying purchase of credits, you (“Referrer”) will earn a referral commission equal to 5% of the value of the Referee’s credit purchases.
1.3 Commission is recurring for as long as the Referee continues to make eligible purchases, provided your account remains active and in good standing.
1.4 Referral earnings may be withdrawn once your balance reaches the minimum cash-out threshold or redeemed as in-app credit.
2.1 Commission Rate: Referrers earn 5% of net eligible purchases made by Referees.
2.2 Recurring Earnings: Commission is generated on each of the Referee’s future purchases unless the Programme is modified or terminated.
2.3 Minimum Cash-Out: You may request a withdrawal once you have accumulated $50 USD or more in referral earnings.
2.4 Payout Methods: Payments may be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your location.
2.5 Currency: Where applicable, currency conversions may apply. Fees charged by payment providers are not our responsibility.
2.6 In-App Credit Redemption: Referral earnings may also be redeemed as in-app credit.
Such redemptions are final and irreversible.
3.1 We reserve the right to investigate any referral activity at any time.
3.2 Referral earnings may be withheld, reversed or deducted if:
a Referee’s payment results in a chargeback, dispute, refund or fraud investigation
the Referee fails verification
purchases are determined to be invalid or non-genuine
accounts are created solely for referral exploitation
any form of suspicious behaviour is detected
3.3 If fraud or abuse is confirmed, we may:
remove referral earnings
terminate your referral privileges
suspend or ban your account
report misuses to relevant fraud-prevention services
4.1 To participate, you must have a fully verified account, including:
identity verification
address verification
email verification
phone verification
4.2 Additional verification documents may be requested at any time.
4.3 Users under 18 years of age may not participate.
4.4 Your account must remain active, in good standing, and free from disputes, chargebacks or policy violations.
5.1 Self-referral is strictly prohibited.
5.2 You may not:
refer yourself
create multiple accounts
use fake identities
use VPNs, emulators or location spoofing
refer individuals you know are not genuine users
5.3 All accounts linked to self-referral activity will be permanently banned, and all referral earnings forfeited.
6.1 Due to regulatory or fraud-risk considerations, the Referral Programme is not available in the following countries:
Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan
6.2 Referrals originating from, or accounts registered in, these countries are automatically ineligible.
7.1 Live Psychic Chat may modify the Programme, including commission rates, eligibility rules, payout thresholds or availability, at any time without prior notice.
7.2 We may suspend or terminate the Programme entirely at our discretion.
7.3 If the Programme is terminated, pending earnings not yet cashed out may be forfeited.
8.1 Participation in the Programme does not guarantee income.
Your earnings depend solely on the activity of your referred users.
8.2 We make no warranty regarding:
payout frequency
continuity of the Programme
tracking accuracy
Referee engagement
technical errors or interruptions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Psychic Chat shall not be liable for:
lost referral earnings
delays in payout processing
errors in referral tracking
technical issues in the app or website
actions or inactions of Referees
inability to withdraw funds
Programme modification or termination
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Programme is to discontinue participation.
These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
