Some way of giving users an idea of how long a psychic will take to respond since they have to sleep and do other things. This could be done with some sort of graph, a vaguely intelligent A.I. or simply by just saying what time zones they live in or when they are usually not active.

I really do appreciate texting both Linda and Jewelle I really think they are both great when I am going through a very difficult time in my life and that is a very heartbreaking breakup I really don't know if I will have the strength to make it through but with those 2 lovely ladies giving me encouragement I will find a way I am so grateful for all the advice they have been giving me so far and will definitely reccomend them and continue to utilize their service thanks once again

Point system - earn credits after speaking with an advisor. This is an incentive to keep coming back to earn more points. It could even be a small amount of points. Any kind of bonus is a bonus in a consumers eyes.

When offering additional services advisors could explain what their services are under their specializations and describe exactly what it is that they’re doing in a cleansing for example and how long it will take to gain results with their prices like for instance if offering a spiritual cleansing to remove black spells and or energy that it might take a couple sessions before obtaining 100 percent results. Altogether this is a great app! The advisors are legit

Hey, I think you guys should add a feature where the advisors can do deals. For example one can have a deal where you can talk to them unlimited for 25$.

If recruiting a new advisor you should put the advisor to the test and let customers test the advisor for three days for free readings but only one free reading per customer but customer must submit review in order to get full credit/reimbursement thereafter it allows the app and the customer to view the advisors legitimacy for his her gifts.

The system is really good. One suggestion I would say. Is to allow readers to send messages like a text for a certain amount and not keep the time running because sometimes when your in the live chat the time is running and the advisor is thinking or typing slow and money runs out quicker.

You haven't even used app or sent any message? We don't run time when you type message. Chat is per message and not per minute.

I think if a reader refunds your money it should be an explanation for it. When the admin does it. There is an explanation. Why don't the readers provide a reason as well.
