Could use data analytics for eg how accurate a reading is. Could have a box next to the reading and if it comes true, could tick that box. This data could then be collected and there could be a tab on the advisor's page for eg accuracy and could filter by eg percent of accurate readings inelastic yr,6 months etc.
This could be done by testimonials, however if you leave a review after your reading, then you can not update this review at a later date to say it came true/didn't come true. Would be good to have data to show how accurate they are and then the advisors could also use it as they could justify higher prices etc if they have a high percent of accuracy.

Limit the number of reviews one person can leave per day. Some advisors have multiple reviews by the same person, sometimes several times a day. This is misleading and makes it seems like the advisor is connecting with more people than they really are.

I suggest that the earn couns you could also add a spun the wheel feature that could be played after answering a multitude of quiz questions correctly. It should be capped that everyone only gets to do it once a month.

I really think they should have an idle status for advisor. Yeah I know we can just get our money back if an advisor hasn’t responded in over a week but I I find it not right that a advisor shows they online when later we get message stating they left their account logged in.

Allow us to know when an advisor has read a message before they reply

Show different segments for negative and positive testomonial so that one does not have tp read all the testimonials when they are looking for a specific thinh

Could add an edit version on message.know you can delete the message but only after a hour. But I forgot to put my name on. So could add the option to edit the message within that hour.

Every time I try to make a purchase to top up credits it says purchase complete then server error and the money is in pending but my account doesn’t get top up please fix this bug

You guys need to better explain how the live chat works. Also, I was only online with my advisor for less than two minutes and it cost me $10 but her rate is $4/min. This is not okay!

I get the notifications when i got a message back way later than the person actually messaged me.

Could have a button and you press it and it brings up a random psychic. Like when you are stuck for choice who to go to, could let the app decide. Could be good for the new physics with no reviews, might give them a chance.

If a particular advisor isn't online at that moment allow the client the option to be
notified whenever the advisor is back online

When trying to buy credit for one price the account is being charged a higher amount

Can users be allowed to opt out of services? I just spoke to an advisor and the majority of the message was about services. It’s really disappointing.
