Users should be able to opt out of messages from advisors they’ve written honest but less than satisfactory reviews about. I’ve had a few advisors write to me negative messages after writing a review that I disagree with their response or we simply just did not connect. One some psychics, the reviews don’t even get published even if your honest. It’s really frustrating sometimes

Hello, That is good suggestion, unfortunately we don't have a way to implement it. Testimonials are moderated, if your testimonial satisfies our testimonial criteria then it is published. You can always contact us to look into issue where advisor has written negative messages to you.

Hello, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately this feature is not possible to implement as advisors are users of the app just like you and they can be online and offline depending on their availability.

Hello, This option already exist, It is up to advisor to use it. Since advisors are humans and not robot like on other psychics sites, they take time and focus/meditate/connect to reply. It can't be instant.

Yes you can. Copy it from anywhere else, go to message field double tap and paste. Please note that if you are copying and pasting longer messages than allowed then it will not let you paste. Try it with short text copy and let us know if it works.

A very good site for psychic readings. I would suggest you to add a feature where clients can get badges/ stars which is private to the client by the advisors so that they feel encouraged to come back.

There is already a similar option whereas advisors can add you as favourite and they can also write testimonials for you.

Add more funds while in a live chat instead of it being timed out to have the option to add more and continue talking with the advisor

Hello, It is not possible to add credit unless you purchase it manually. You should purchase sufficient credit before starting live chat.
