You may have selected Sports or Select All or you may have exhausted all questions in other categories. Try again. Just select any category and click on Play. Alternatively go to a category and play from there.

Advisor should be able to send you a response back to you example if both of you was talking and the credit has run out and you didn't finish the conversation.

Hello, That's the reason we advise to have more than sufficient credit prior to starting live chat/phone/video reading. You can always buy more credit and continue where you left.

In this difficult and challenging time for many, there should be a cheaper and quicker addition to the services provided by psychics on here, my suggestion is that distance healing(balancing the energies/ helping with blocking of negative energies) be conducted by video on short notice when client states that they are feeling down or low via their message. It should be an extra feature while messaging. It will immediately provide much needed relief emotionally to all those who are willing to make the payment on the spot.

Hello Nanthini, Thanks for feedback. Services are offered by advisors so they are the ones who can change prices. You can ask them to lower prices if you wish to purchase services. You can also contact them to come online on video to provide you services.

Psychic to work in duo’s and price can be charged accordingly. This will increase the frequency and availability of psychics and both can put their opinions in one message regardless of whether their readings differ, the likelihood of the user returning is high as there is more bang for their dollar. The psychics can rest as they are workload and the quality of service provided is higher. Looking at the reviews, users ask different psychics, the same questions so why make it a one stop and give the user the ability to direct the question to the duo psychic?

There's a feature to delete the message if advisor don't respond or if a person feels dissatisfied with advisor's service...but sadly..some advisors take it to heart..and block you...not expected from an app like this

You keep deleting messages after sending it and while advisors start to reply. you shouldn't be doing it. Wait for at least a day before deleting message. Otherwise use Live chat/Phone/video if you can't wait and want instant reading. Messages are not instant.

Users are able to donate their purchased credits to another user. Sometimes due to difference in pricing, they may have extra credit that is not enough for a message to their chosen physic therefore it goes to waste, this way it will get utilised by another user in need of credits to message.

Can we have a blessing button on the app? When user is feeling low, can include photo and feature where physic can bless as a bonus using the app. It uplifts the spirits especially when user can’t afford services on app.

Search option for previous readings- I believe this feature would be useful to search for keywords and ease of referring to previous readings instead of scrolling up manually.
