The app keeps freezing when I click on an advisor and I can’t touch buttons then it all of the sudden after 30 seconds starts to work again.

This may be temporary issue.

Hi, should be able to chat with other users so can talk about things like experiences with certain psychic/services. Could have a user forum so can chat with others about psychic related topics.

Hi, my balance is reading 0.260 when it should read 2.60. I’ve updated the app but for some strange reason this problem hasn’t been fixed.

There’s a bug where I can not see my old messages and I can not see new messages where psychics have chatted me, it shows I have 36 unread messages but only 4 in my inbox and can not see my old questions answered to see accuracy

Please update your app and always keep updating whenever there is new version of app released in future. We always send notification when there is a new update.

We should be able to send voice recording for those that can’t type or see

This feature already exist. Click on Microphone icon on chat screen to record and send audio message.

The videos that come up to watch to get credit sometimes don’t close out and you have to restart app

After tapping on close button wait for a while and it will close.

I was refunded my credit after doing an audio message to one of the psychics it stayed the audio isn't working

The app freezes a lot

In order to find out issue could you please write more details and send screenshots of screens which are freezing? Please explain the activities which you are doing when it freezes?

Every other psychic app allows you do delete the conversation or archive it. Just saying

Cheap message cost so people will want to use each advisors more service

We don't set message cost, advisors set their own rate. You can contact advisors and ask them to reduce rate.

Extending payment methods - i am a frequent user of the app but feel the payment methods could be widened to incorporate a larger veriety of users from many more places. The current payment methods do not accept debit cards and cards that do not allow international payment facility as an indian user. Only mastercard and visa works yet, so extending payment options to a Debit card as well as cards others than mastercard and visa and local cards from various countries will greatly be appreciated and increase your customer base. Allowing a platform like AM-pay or Google pay to pay, for indian customers, might help too. Thanks
