A suggestion: For the converted credits earned from the quiz, if they are not used by a certain time, like a year or even 6 months, or even sooner, maybe customer support has the right to take away the credits if left unused.

It is super annoying to have to wait for advisors to reply especially because some of them take more than the time stated. You should set a time limit for 12 hours or something like that.

When you do a review for a advisor- could have more a more detail review option eg: Accuracy-rating out of 5 Response speed-rating out of 5 Detail/length of message-out of 5 Overall rating-out of 5 Additional comments-

Although when you submit a question there’s a category for film/tv/entertainment.. but they don’t have a section of it on the main quiz page to only answer those type of questions
