There should be a way to be notified when the advisor you have as a favorite is online. So if you want to get in touch with them you can at that moment without them sending out a mass email or something.

This feature exists since ages. If you are not receiving notifications then please check Notifications settings.

I’ve noticed When I goes to check In, i am never able to check back in after an hour . I am mainly able to check back In after a day even though I am supposed to be able to check in every hour

You need to update app to the latest version. Always update app to latest version when we notify you.

Hello i would like to suggest a new feature ... under the review section where it has testimonies, favorites, is it possible to add an accuracy/prediction percentage from each psychic or number of predictions that have came true by them.... I have to scroll to read each testimonies about predictions coming true .. and some people forget , including myself to recognize predictions passing

It's good suggestion but predictions can't be quantified. You have testimonials where you can see feedback from others which includes what you are asking for.

You should add a success page where people can tell they story put up what advisor they have used and if they got what they wanted or if predictions has passed

That's good suggestion but it will not add any value. They can write their story in testimonials.

With the new update, older messages have dissappeared. please fix this.

We are already aware of this issue and it has been already fixed, new update is processing on App store. When it goes live we will notify you.

The option to ask the advisor for clarification on a reading (without publicly writing in a review) for a discounted price.

Then you will ask one more level of clarification for clarification, it will never end. We are implementing live chat feature which will solve this issue as you can then live chat with advisor and get live clarification.

When I verify my phone for credits it kicks it back out even when I’m entering the right verification code

If an advisor chooses not to do a reading for you and refunds your money the notification should be stored in the app. Maybe a reason should be attached to the reason why the reading was mot done as well.

You already get notification with reason. Storing such notification is not in our scope.

It's already there, you can send message to advisor anytime whether advisor is online or offline.

If you had a previous reading you can see it on Messages screen.
