In order to receive alert when an advisor is online you need to add advisor to favourite list. From More -> Settings you can turn on/off this alert.

Feed reloading problem :
Hi, while scrolling down the list of psychics on the app or messaging a psychic, everytime any other notification appears on our phones, the feed is reloaded and messages disappear and have to be typed again. It's inconvenient and I hope that could be fixed. Thanks.

Most of the screens in the app are reloaded on pull to refresh action this is to ensure that you see the up to date status. We are already aware of the issue of preserving the typed message when you navigate away. It's not a bug. It will be implemented in due course of time. Meanwhile you should not navigate away while you are typing the message.

Is there a way of posting the average time a spiritual advisor usually responds to messages. Or if there is a say of letting you know how many messages are in front of you?A way fir the customer can gauge a response time!

There should be a way to be notified when the advisor you have as a favorite is online. So if you want to get in touch with them you can at that moment without them sending out a mass email or something.

Hello i would like to suggest a new feature ... under the review section where it has testimonies, favorites, is it possible to add an accuracy/prediction percentage from each psychic or number of predictions that have came true by them.... I have to scroll to read each testimonies about predictions coming true .. and some people forget , including myself to recognize predictions passing

It's good suggestion but predictions can't be quantified. You have testimonials where you can see feedback from others which includes what you are asking for.

Then you will ask one more level of clarification for clarification, it will never end. We are implementing live chat feature which will solve this issue as you can then live chat with advisor and get live clarification.
