It would be a great feature to be able to tip our favourite psychics extra to show them how amazing they are. I’d really like to do that for my favourites.

We already had this feature but Apple didn't allow it. We have already another similar feature planned. We will implement something similar in the future.

Hi i love the app but i think that earning extra credits at just 1€ a video i think you should make it maybe 5€ and if tou think that people would abuse that just make to wherer if the spend money regularly then the earn xtra credit amount should increase

For clients to be able to send other clients short messages as far as their experiences and who they recommend based off their experiences. This would be very beneficial to newer clients to get advice and recommendations from many of the more experienced top clients!

There should be a way to recharge credits while doing a live chat so we don’t get disconnected with the advisor.

That is impossible. You must purchase enough credit in advance.

On the main menu it should have option to click on low price to high price to it much easier to find advisor with lower rate per min to higher rate per min

This option is on home screen at the top left. Click on Filter icon.

This is by far the best psychic app becuase it lets you earn money gives you credit to get free readings i love this app the only thing is that they take a little long to reply but other than that this app is worth it!

The payment shall be levelled for every psychic also with the length of words should be the same as some psychic charge so much but their response is only two lines.The words we type is 5-10 lines whereas they reply us in a short sentence which is unfair for us to type so much and pay so high.

Sorry this is not word count system that you pay to receive number of words. As long as reading is delivered that should do. You also don't have to write 10 lines to ask a question. Please ask only one question per message. It's clearly mentioned in terms and conditions.

Live chat I think if you can live chat for 2.99 a min you should be able to have 2 mins for 2.99 not have a minimum of 9.99 so it’s cheaper for people

You can't get any decent reading in 2 minutes and then you will complain that you didn't get any reading. 5 minutes is sort of average session duration in which you can get a detailed reading hence the minimum duration of 5 minutes.

It would be really good if there was somehow a way for you to notify psychics if a message hasn’t been answered after 1 day. I have a message I’m still waiting on a response for and I really want to hear from that specific psychic. Please implement this into the app.

They already get notification. We have been saying all the time to use Live Chat/Phone/Video for instant replies so you should use any of these instead of messages.

Suggestion: allow the psychic to finish answering a question if that question was submitted at least a minute before the conversation ran out of time.

It's per minute so it can't be done. You can buy more credit and continue chat.
