I'm greatly excited to use this app, this app is filled with genuinely amazing people and they're always ready to help. I'm referring this app to 10 of my friends right now and really looking forward for the experience. This app is surely one of the best if not the best.

Have the option to edit your question if you have some details to add (before it is answered ofc:) ). The amount of times have to delete and re-write it out and re-send, be handy to be able to just edit the question. Thnks

You can copy question and paste, then you can modify as you wish.

I suggested make a package with credit maybe 10$ for 3times live chat , or 3 times reading with more rising money , every month make one i think all people will love this

Package feature is not possible. We will launch live chat feature soon which will allow you to chat live with advisors and you will be billed per second.

Since the pricing of the advisors continues to change, the favourites who we get notifications about being online for could also mention at which rate they are currently online. That would help me. Thanks

Maybe we could be notified of our favourite advisor's price changes, just like we are notified when they are online or they've responded to messages. That would be helpful.

This feature is already there. You can check your notifications settings.

It may be due to poor network connection either on your side or on advisor's side. Please retry when you have good data connection. It's better to try on WiFi.

I think that when an advisor refunds your money. There should be an explanation for it

It is mandatory for them to write reason for refund. You should be able to see it in email or notification.

The slowness is not with app itself. Speed is affected by many factors such as your own internet connection, heavy traffic on our app during peak time etc.

The app is good but there is a problem with the phone number verification, it should be fixed

Phone verification problem is not on our side but on your side. Your phone network provider may not be delivering our messages. There is a call feature and whatsapp verification feature. You should try any of these three methods.

You should let us know when a advisor leave or leaving because we have advisor that is favorable to us

Advisors are users of app just like you who can come and go as they wish. We don't have details on when they leave. When they leave you will see them inactive.

Why is it the some physics some days the price goes up and some days the price goes down. Is there anyway you can set the price to what it is instead of some days $100.00 for a reading and then really low. You should have a limit that your employees should have a price set not change it when they want.

Advisors are not our employees, they are user of app just like you and free to set their rate as they wish and when they wish.

Advisors often have errors that throw the whole reading off. Instead of paying to ask what they mean or writing a review asking them to fix it can we get an error button then highlight the word(s)?

You can ask them to clarify in testimonial.

Pls add a filter to be able to search for advisors based on the red title given to them, the ones with a title can show on top based on this filter. Thanks
