So I started a chat and it got connected but psychics never responded to my question. And I ended up spending $6 waiting for a response back before I ended the chat

In live chat you don't get charged unless advisor replies. I've checked your live chat sessions and you are not charged for those sessions where you didn't get reply. You don't need to wait for advisor to reply, if advisor is taking long time without informing you then you should disconnect. Advisors may take few moments to focus on your situation so you should wait for them. This is not a feedback issue, contact us via support if you have any issues. This section is only for suggesting new features or bugs. You shouldn't post support related questions here.

Live chat is in real time so there is no such thing as quickest time. Live chat is like phone chat, you are connected with advisor all the time.

Hi, I suggest you could add a button to provide a review for a reader right under the message answer or as soon as a live chat ends under it so the user does not have to go back to their page to give a review and remembers doing that more easily. Thanks

Could have a "get matched" system,answer couple of questions and it matches you to a psychic?seen one on another pyschic site and had several questions like eg:
what are you wanting to ask bout?
Do you prefer direct,blunt/no sugarcoating or a more gentle approach? Etc
and then it matched you to a pyschic based of your answer.
Hope this makes sense!

This feature is not feasible. You can earn free credit via other methods, you can check it on More -> Earn FREE Credit menu.

Have the option to edit your question if you have some details to add (before it is answered ofc:) ). The amount of times have to delete and re-write it out and re-send, be handy to be able to just edit the question. Thnks

Package feature is not possible. We will launch live chat feature soon which will allow you to chat live with advisors and you will be billed per second.

Since the pricing of the advisors continues to change, the favourites who we get notifications about being online for could also mention at which rate they are currently online. That would help me. Thanks

It may be due to poor network connection either on your side or on advisor's side. Please retry when you have good data connection. It's better to try on WiFi.

It is mandatory for them to write reason for refund. You should be able to see it in email or notification.
