Add a monthly subscription option for clients to be able to slightly save on credits by automatically opting in to reload a certain amount for each month. This way there is a perk for clients signing up for the subscription and you get more recurring payments.

Ads are served by 2rd party and we have no control over them. Unfortunately we can't fix this as it is not our issue.

Live chat kept crashing on me and I never received my reading despite being charged

There is no such thing as live chat crash. You may not be able to connect with advisor. When you don't connect with advisor or advisor doesn't reply you are not charged. I've checked your live chat history and you are not charged. I can see that you have one audio reading in live chat. Click on play icon to listen to the reading, increase volume. If you still face any problem then please delete app and reinstall latest version.

I believe that the video chat is malfunctioning. I have tried to connect with two or three different advisors now and it plays up and shuts my phone down. I have switched it off my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled but it was doing the same. I will ring on video but it will froze or just started to shut my phone down which is really weird. Hope it can be fixed as I believe it is a very awesome feature. I have issued other apps similar to this and never had that problem. Thank You.

How come reviews that are honest and polite do not get published yet the advisor can still see it and address it? Who is approving the reviews because the system really makes no sense. I’ve written reviews that were honest but never rude-just polite yet were not published but then I had the advisor respond to me directly?

Reviews can be used for getting clarification/update/etc from advisors. If advisor give clarification or update reading or give follow up reading then testimonials are not published. Advisors see your review when you write so that they can take action if required.

Can users delete message conversations with advisors. I know we can do that with phone and video readings but it would be nice to delete written conversations as well.

No it is not possible to delete messages. You can hide conversation by swiping left.

Dont know if it would be possible but could have a search option so you can search by a certain word in your replies eg- there was a reading where one of your readers a couple of months ago said i would get offered a new job and it would be linked to insurance. Can't remember who predicted this but they was right and i want to leave feedback. But i now have to go through all my readings to try and find out who said it. But if there was a search function on messages, i could just search for word 'insurance' and would bring up that reply. Thanks

A feature to ‘nudge’ a psychic if they are inactive (some psychics I message and they don’t respond for 1-3 days) It would be nice and helpful to have a nudge function on the app.

It is already there. When you click on Live Chat you will be prompted to have 5 minutes worth of balance.

Be able to sort psychics by their specialty on the homepage. It would make it a lot easier to find psychics for a specific area of concern (e.g.: careers). Instead of going through each psychic individually and looking into their specialities. This would be good!!!

It would be really great & helpful if psychics could respond to testimonials for everyone else to see (like the support team can respond to queries here). It would be helpful to see psychic’s responses to low rating reviews and would be fair to them to justify themselves for everyone to see and review. I think it would help psychics have more readings as they can justify their work.
