Since updating the app, I’m not able to connect to any advisors via live chat.

Advisors may not be accepting calls, it has nothing to do with update.

Hi when I go to buy credit there is no option for £11.99 ,£12.99 or £13,99 I think there should be rather then having to buy to amounts two to add up to that.

We can't have millions of amounts. We have to restrict them to a few. You can purchase next amount available.

So I started a chat and it got connected but psychics never responded to my question. And I ended up spending $6 waiting for a response back before I ended the chat

In live chat you don't get charged unless advisor replies. I've checked your live chat sessions and you are not charged for those sessions where you didn't get reply. You don't need to wait for advisor to reply, if advisor is taking long time without informing you then you should disconnect. Advisors may take few moments to focus on your situation so you should wait for them. This is not a feedback issue, contact us via support if you have any issues. This section is only for suggesting new features or bugs. You shouldn't post support related questions here.

I suggest filter for “online chat cost” to be available.. i dont see it in filter selection

When i try to do live chat nothing happened. Physic show available for chat but actyally they are not

They may not be around to pick up call, try again or try other advisors.

I suggest moving favourites to home screen so that we can quickly access our favourite advisors. You can add two tabs on home screen - All and Favourites.

This is very good suggestion. We have added it in our to-do list and will implement it in future releases.

Is it possible that the there is a filter available for quickest response in live chat and chat separately now?

Live chat is in real time so there is no such thing as quickest time. Live chat is like phone chat, you are connected with advisor all the time.

For the watch and get credit section I think it should’ve increased by 30 instead of 10

It's not possible to increase rate, it's already maxed.

Hi, I suggest you could add a button to provide a review for a reader right under the message answer or as soon as a live chat ends under it so the user does not have to go back to their page to give a review and remembers doing that more easily. Thanks

Could have a "get matched" system,answer couple of questions and it matches you to a psychic?seen one on another pyschic site and had several questions like eg: what are you wanting to ask bout? Do you prefer direct,blunt/no sugarcoating or a more gentle approach? Etc and then it matched you to a pyschic based of your answer. Hope this makes sense!

You can filter advisors based on specialization which is category.

This feature is not feasible. You can earn free credit via other methods, you can check it on More -> Earn FREE Credit menu.
