For the last few days, the message feature has not been working for me, and I was unable to receive messages from an advisor.

May be advisors haven't replied to you. How do you know if you are not able to receive messages from advisors? You can contact us from live support chat or email us with more details.

Notice a lot of psychics getting away with not answering our questions. Only thing we can do is write a review. Psychic still gets paid so they not caring. Can we (with a request) get an over view with the reading & start getting a refund please. Choose another psychic is not the answer.

You should use instant reading such as Live Chat, Phone or Video to get instant reading and answers to all your questions. If you still have to use messages you must ask only one question per message as it is mentioned in our terms.

You can find such advisors by tapping on Filter in top left and selecting "Mediumship & Spirit World Connections"

It says the psychic is available, I go to type the message it sends and the psychic declines it nothing about it was inappropriate and I had enough money to send the message.

If Advisor is refunding your message then she is not able to connect to you. It's not an error. Please try other advisors.

It may have been temporary issue. Try again. If problem persists then delete app and reinstall.

It may be really helpful to be able to other than just 'yes /no' a review, but it can helpful to be able to comment on each other's reviews. In a situation we're someone says a prediction came true or anything positive that you're able to relate to, It would be helpful to probe further on the route they took, and a like. Thank you

The advisors can inform us by putting it in the bio when and what time they'll be available, so know when to cash them

When advisors are online you will see the green colour on Live Chat, Phone, Video and Messages buttons. You can add them as favourite so that you get notification when they come online.

I think having a feature where you can choose to have or see psychics who are lowest priced or highest priced would be good.

It's already exist. Click on Filter (Top left) button on home screen. It will show you option to filter advisors by message/live chat/phone/video cost.

Show the readers response time and how fast they respond

Use live chat feature to get instant reading. Phone and Video are also instant. Message are not instant so there is no point of having response time.

Add a timer to let us know how busy psychics are, or how many users are ahead before our turn. Also allow one response to contact psychic when they offer if we’re interested in pursuing additional psychic work so they can describe. Seems like a waste to buy a message only to find out the service they offer isn’t what you really need or want.
