I got a refund message but it only showed up on my phone notifications and nowhere else on the app so if i didn’t have notifications on i wouldn’t have gotten the message about the refund.

It would really be helpful for both the advisor and client, if during chats with advisors clients can be given atleast 2 minutes so as to allow the advisor to gauge if they do have a connection with the client and if the advisor Is able to connect, they give a go ahead to the client to put in funds and start the chat.. This will also prevent advisors from getting the negative feedbacks they clearly don't deserve

There is a badge number and image even after clearing all badge counts on More menus. It seems that it is for checkin menu which is disabled now.

I just wanted to let you know. That I would send a message to certain advisors and click on their picture and it would show that they’re offline but when I go to their profile entirely I would see that the message button is gray but the other buttons like the live chat, phone chat, and video chat button will still be green and it made me feel like that they weren’t going to answer my question at all and that I would have to pay for a live chat, phone or video chat just to have my question answered and I would delete the message and get my credit back and send it to another advisor. What’s up with that?
