Just say that a certain advisor you want to speak to isn't avaliable for live chat, call or video chat and the only option is messaging. A wait timer should show the person how long they might have to wait for a reply on a message request. As there has been a few where I have had to wait a couple of days to get a reply

On additional services it should tell you if payment was processed, thank you or something on that page. The reason being is so no one will enter there information twice or refresh it. Oh and a side note should be attached so psychic could know what its for.

I had two readings with psychic Sabrina Ann and it won’t let me write testimonials for her. When i go to write a testimonial it says testimonial balance is empty because i haven’t received a reading from her, but i’ve gone to her twice.

You should use live chat reading, phone or video for instant reading which is more effective than message reading.

I've noticed some physics don't come on message for days at a time but are on live chat which is so much more money. We should be able to pay a small fee to send a message to prompt them that we would like them to come on message chat.

Advisors have choice to be online on any medium at any time. You should contact them where they are online.

If a connection is not made in live chat it stalls. Should have a back or a home button. Had to restart my phone to reset the app as closing it and reopen just remained stuck on the same screen saying it’s trying to connect.

You can kill app and relaunch, you don't have to restart your phone. When connecting please wait for while, if it doesn't connect it will tell so.
