I’ve noticed that advisors remain online all day or all night even when they are truly not active or responsive. I suggest that if an advisor account has been idle for a certain duration of time, they should be automatically signed offline so that we can actually reach out to advisors who are truly active and ready to go. This advisor in particular wasn’t online for live by the way, which further proves my point.. because she wasn’t truly available.

I would like to suggest that somewhere on the site there is a brief explanation of the coin system and how it work and the benefits of earning coins and even stating the opportunities to be gained from the site in terms of coin system and earning cash system.

There is no such thing as wait time. If you want instant reading then try Live chat, phone or video.

Bug issue: Sometimes I receive a spam of notifications, one after another, saying that an advisor has refunded me for a message that I never sent in the first place & when I click on the notification it’s advisors I have never even went to before

A read receipt when an advisor sees your request to have an idea on when to expect the request. Right now I have a few that I haven't received a response from and it would help to know if they have actually seen it without requesting another message using credits.

Should allow the advisors to put the tools they use on their profile. For example if they use clairvoyant abilities or multiple abilities for their readings they can have that featured on their profile instead of just a “detailed profile”

Hello, Thank you for the suggestions. Advisors write their own profile so it is up to them to put it or not. It is not a feature of the app. You can also see their specializations which tells what abilities they have.

Advisors don't send messages or call you so there is no point of blocking them. If you are receiving unsolicited messages from any advisors then let us know.

Can users be allowed to edit their review instead of just posting a new one? Sometimes it’s help to see an updated one about a prediction passing or not passing etc.

You can leave a new review. Modifying old review is not possible and not allowed.

Is it possible to bring back emailing refund reason because apparently the same advisor keeps refunding me without an explanation and I’m confused as to why they are not accepting my read

You have turned off your email notifications that's why. You can turn on Email notification to see the reason. If an advisor keep refunding then there is no pointing keep sending messages, try other advisors.

i see that you’ve changed the delete message function to be able to delete a message to an advisor after an hour. could you implement an edit message function instead so that we can change the question or fix a spelling error/mistake before the advisor reads it?

Hello, this is good suggestion, we will have to think over it. You can copy message, delete it, paste and edit to resend.

I heavily use the filter “quickest response” and I notice today the last hour it’s mainly showing the default people everytime I goes to click the filter option.

Prompt for update for the app but after updating the app the prompt still occurs. Restarting the app doesnt help. Please fix this
