Is there a feature to let you know when your favorite advisors are on? Like a pong to your phone or account?

In order to receive alert when an advisor is online you need to add advisor to favourite list. From More -> Settings you can turn on/off this alert.

Feed reloading problem : Hi, while scrolling down the list of psychics on the app or messaging a psychic, everytime any other notification appears on our phones, the feed is reloaded and messages disappear and have to be typed again. It's inconvenient and I hope that could be fixed. Thanks.

Most of the screens in the app are reloaded on pull to refresh action this is to ensure that you see the up to date status. We are already aware of the issue of preserving the typed message when you navigate away. It's not a bug. It will be implemented in due course of time. Meanwhile you should not navigate away while you are typing the message.

Should be able to notify an advisor when waiting for a reply. For example, i have been waiting nearly a day for a reply.dont want to delete it as i want a reply from that advisor. I cant leave any testimonials saying that i have messaged because i dont have any testimonals left. The advisors been online several times on video only but i have no way to ask them to answer my message. Would be nice if you could say "poke" /"nudge" them like can on facebook,to let them know know you are waiting.

Advisor know that they have a pending message. Advisors get notification and notification. It's up to them to reply. Adding poke will not help any further.

The hourly check in ads have not been working. It won’t allow you to click close to receive your credit

We are already aware of this issue. It's not a bug but a random issue which is not under our control. Sometimes and on some ads tapping on close button doesn't work. Firstly this close button doesn't respond immediately so after tapping on it wait for few seconds. If it doesn't close then try again and wait. In worst case close that app and restart.

Please update your app as you are using very old version of the app. Delete app and reinstall. I can see that all your earnings are already added. You can see them on your statements page.

I am watching videos and getting Credits but I cant close the videos I have to shut the app down and restart it.

No, you don't need to shut app to close videos. Once video has finished playing, wait for it to show the close button. Tap on close button and wait for few moments. Sometimes it may take few seconds to close the video. If it doesn't close first time try again after few seconds.

I've just checked, you don't have any unanswered messages. If you still see notification then log out and log back in. If it still shows issues then delete app and reinstall from appstore. If you still see this issue then let us know via contact support page and we will check it.
