Customers need an option to leave a side note knowing who they tried to get readings from. Some psychics claim they can't connect & refund the money. Its kinda hard remembering what psychics you have not tried yet.

The advisors appear online but they don’t respond at all. I used to send my message and wait for whole day because they are online. I am not sure if they purposely ignore the messages because that’s not cool at all.If the advisors are not available to reply,do not appear online.I would suggest to give estimation time notification for the users to know which advisor is available for immediate reply.

Psychics are leaving there green light on overnight without them being on there. It gets really irritating when all they have to do is log off. Us customers can go to another advisor than just sit there waiting on them. Inactive with a certain amount of time should automatically log them off...

A suggestion: Some advisors ask for a little detail about a situation that clients are dealing with to connect with clients energy. Is it possible to have 300 words at the most to give the advisor details on a situation instead of 250 words to describe the clients situation? Thank you.

I suggest that a feature could be level of a queue to see how many are ahead of you before your message will be answered. This way for some who want or hope for an immediate response will see how many respondents are ahead of your message in line. Some psychics are faster at responding than others. It gives the user an opportunity to utilize another instead of waiting for longer response.

Everytime I watched the ad for checking in and doesn’t allow me get out the ad after it’s over. Even when the timer turns into an X. I literally have to tap in out of the app In order to get my credit for watching the ad
