I went to buy credit, it approved n then it said server error and it didn’t purchase I’ve tried 3 times even turning off n on my phone and nothing. My other apps work fine except this one ??

I feel like we should be able to contact there phone number through apps because sometimes it’s not fair whenever the phone goes out and we’re in the middle of a very good conversation, so maybe like a what’s app or an text free number they could add or call us on, would be easier to finish conversations with them.

I love the selection of psychics on this app but hope the readings could be cheaper. The customer service is prompt. Having a feature for when the psychic will be available next will help. Also a feature to refund a message if not answered within 73 hours could be good though i like that we can delete a message when we like. Thanks and keep it up!

I was wondering if we can still view archives or old messages from before. I thought we used to have that feature -archives of old messages from other readers.

You can see it on Messages screen, scroll down to see the advisors and click to view messages. Archived/Away advisors are listed at the bottom of this screen.

You could kindly consider involving the option to nudge or ping with a free msg psychics even without getting a reading to drop important msgs or remind them to look at your question, bec very often they are online and you have submitted a question but they need a reminder or nudge to answer it, and sending a free msg helps in that case. Hope that is useful. Thanks

In response to my suggestion of users being able to delete conversations with advisors, yes I did mean archiving entire conversations etc. There are are advisors who I just did not connect with and would like to have the option of deleting or archiving the convo.

You can use Favourite feature to see advisors with whom you would like to see conversation.

I would suggest considering an option to be able to nudge or ping or send a free msg to the psychics even without having paid for a reading. This gives us the option to communicate with the psychics for not just a review, ask them when they will be online next or remind them to answer your question as very often questions go unanswered despite a reader being online and that would help knowing when to expect the answer or the reader online, too. You need to wait for ad to finis, then you will see close button. Click on close button and wait for few secs, it will close.

Your response to the suggestion makes no sense. User should be able to a delete a conversation. Every other app psychic app allows that. Also, we should be able to vote on others user’s suggestions if we agree with them and would like to see them added to the app.

Reading is a like product which you have paid for and it can't be deleted as it's tied to transactions in our system. We can't explain it more as it's too technical. To sump up it can't be done.

Extending payment methods - i am a frequent user of the app but feel the payment methods could be widened to incorporate a larger veriety of users from many more places. The current payment methods do not accept debit cards and cards that do not allow international payment facility as an indian user. Only mastercard and visa works yet, so extending payment options to a Debit card as well as cards others than mastercard and visa and local cards from various countries will greatly be appreciated and increase your customer base. Allowing a platform like AM-pay or Google pay to pay, for indian customers, might help too. Thanks

Payment on Google/Apple are handled by app stores and not by us. We don't process your payment so we don't have any control on what you use for payment.

We don't set message cost, advisors set their own rate. You can contact advisors and ask them to reduce rate.
