I love this app and there’s a lot of great advisors with positive and accurate readings but for some reason I am unable to receive audio readings. It will not let me listen to it. There’s a play button with a line through it.

The app is good however I believe they should update the green icon when psychics are actually not online. Sometimes they are not online and the icon is still green.

There really should be a different incentive to choose from when you receive 1000 points. 0.99 cents ? This takes weeks of answering questions right. It's only fair to increase the credit or offer a free 5 minute reading with a psychic of their choice. Because now that I am aware it's only 0.99 cents, I won't be participating in the questions everyday anymore

Reporting a bug. I get notifications with the app and lately every time a psychic goes live it’s letting me know at the very end, the actually at the beginning of them going live.

When you write a message text to adviser and you chage the window, to another app or call, the moment you return the written text disappears. On android this bug is present 100% and ita annoying

Allow user to purchase credits by method outside of App Store/ in app via allowing input of credit or debit card for example.

the testimonial feature for kelly reyes doesn’t work. i purchased a reading from her & when i go to write a review, it says, “sorry, you can’t write a testimonial to this advisor as you didn’t have any readings from him/her.”

Today when we message the advisor the message appears in message and unanswered tab. This creates a confusion . We can remove the tab message and create a tab like Answered. So when a client messages it appears in unanswered and as soon as the advisor messages it appears in Answered. Thsi will take away the confusion and is a better experience for the client
