The app has very talented and gifted readers. I would go as much as saying, readers even better than that of Kasamba, LifeReader, and Purple Ocean. They are accurate, compassionate, and straightforward. I'm definitely looking forward to my next reading.

I suggest putting an unsend or recall feature to messages sent on a live chat. That way, if there were accidental sends, it could be rectified right away without needing to waste time.

The live chat time should be a clock timer rather than the cash balance, so it doesn't give off a glitchy interface. It helps you keep track of the session and makes you aware of how much time you still have left in a practical manner.

Hello, I sent a message and my date of birth was not right. Only after an hour is it allowed to delete the message. As the psychic is online can respond during this hour and so I have no opportunity to send the corrected message. It takes a long time to allow you to delete the message

I feel that their should be a way to add to/make ammendments to messages. I also like to be able to say thank you after I receive a response, but I'm not going to pay for another message to do it. Maybe even an auto-reponse option? I know that I could thank them in my testimonial, but I feel that that that should be reserved for actual feedback to help other customers/potential customers. Lastly, it doesn't seem like the "online now" function is accurate. Advisors shouldn't be able to say they're online when they are clearly not active and don't respond for several days. Had I know the person wasn't actually active in the app, I'd have chosen a different one.

I think it would be a good idea to have a speed reading feature where customers can request to have a reading delivered in an hour, but they'll have to pay more for it to be ordered.

Hello Irina, Thanks for providing feedback. Advisors are users of the app just like you so we have no way of knowing if they are busy or not unless they themselves update the status or take steps. One way of knowing if advisor is online or not is teo send them message and ask to let you know when they will be online and available to take your call.

A feature that allows you to know the schedule of the readers and a feature that requires the readers to turn off there light if there not really online,also if you are a regular client should be able get free bonus readings
