Limit the number of reviews one person can leave per day. Some advisors have multiple reviews by the same person, sometimes several times a day. This is misleading and makes it seems like the advisor is connecting with more people than they really are.

Hello, We can't limit number of reviews as you get review credit per reading and you can leave as many reviews as you wish for any advisors.

Could use data analytics for eg how accurate a reading is. Could have a box next to the reading and if it comes true, could tick that box. This data could then be collected and there could be a tab on the advisor's page for eg accuracy and could filter by eg percent of accurate readings inelastic yr,6 months etc. This could be done by testimonials, however if you leave a review after your reading, then you can not update this review at a later date to say it came true/didn't come true. Would be good to have data to show how accurate they are and then the advisors could also use it as they could justify higher prices etc if they have a high percent of accuracy.

Add the feature to archive/delete Conversarions with qdvisors in the Message section. This option is available on Purple Ocean, and other similar apps, but here i cannot delete the entire conversation. For example there are converaations that i dont like and the panel is cluttered, but i cant either arhive or delete and i think its annoying for an user expwrieence. thx

You, this feature is already there. Swipe left to hide/archive messages. You can see hidden messages from More -> Archived menu.

In the "Verify your address" page, in the "-Any other gocernment..." text, it should be written "goverment" instead of "gocernment", its a misspel that shpuld be corrected.

I suggest that, a client should be able to rate an advisor only after a reading and not randomly. I've realized some advisors are highly rated a lot of times continuously by one individual and this will put the advisor at the topmost rank. Sometimes, clients just rate. I don't know of it's planned with the advisor or not.

Hello, You can only rate after getting a reading. You get one testimonial credit per reading. You can rate advisor as many credit as you get.

Hii. I want to suggest you coming up with different background colors or themes. I haven't found the option of changing themes to a darker color as I prefer. So in case that option isn't here, you can consider it. Thank you

A new feature that tells you last time a reader has been really online because now it says there's are online even when they aren't really online it should be something to let customers know when the last time the reader has done a reading

Could have a button to "go to the top" of the page. I have had many readings and scrolling back to the top of the readings to find a certain prediction takes awhile as had so many readings. Or a search function so can search eg a point of interest's name so can see the readings applicable to that person (the person you are asking about,not the advisor).

Hi. With the testimonials, apart from the recent category, I suggest the rest of the categories should be sorted according to dates and not just randomly. Example, for the 'most helpful' category, it should begin from the most recent date, then as we scroll down, we get to the older dates, in that order.

Maybe could have a filter for my/customer's "most used", or "most visited advisor" to arrange them from your most used to your least used advisor.
