She was nice and reply was fairly prompt. There were a few key words in her response which made her info seem accurate to my situation. There were two typos that made the reading confusing, she ended up replying back with a correction (without me even asking, which is pretty cool). 4 stars only pending what happens in the situation.
But last time he said it and turned out to be a lie... That's what I meant. He said one thing and then, I took my time to see if he was for real and he wasn't, I'm afraid it will happen again.
