Lisa picked up on specific details that I never mentioned and she was very accurate.

I sent the question yesterday and she did not answer on the same day but she is online. i have waited until the next day to receive my answer. i think it is because i reported it that she answered back. nonetheless she gave me a time frame when she answered but idk. i'll just wait for it and make another review after.
