Very quick response but wish I could get my money back. Very short and didn't provide time frame like I asked when things would happen. She just said it wouldn't happen a certain month that I asked. She asked me a question but I'm not spending anymore money. However, she was straight to the point but a time frame and a detailed reply would've been nice
