i think tanya ia accurate. she has said some things that has shocked me when it came true however, i just dont like how she changed up positive feedback to negative feedback. just be honest woth everything upfront. i coukdve saved alot of money that way. When i asked her why she changed her tune, she said its bc she has gotten to know me better? really? ok.

Some of the comments are surprising. Yes, it can take a day or two for a response sometimes, but a week? I personally have never experienced a week. Even IF it was a week, people have to realize that Ashlee is a human being. Nobody stays at work 24/7, not even doctors. Everyone sleeps & eats & does other things. So why would Ashlee not? I'm sure she has a life outside of this app. I can understand wanting an answer immediately, but we have to be patient. She usually doesn't take more than a 24 hrs & the responses are worth it. She's respectful, kind, & gives details. She even gives you info that you didn't ask for.
