What is difference between Message and Live Chat?

Live Chat is an instant chat in real time. In Live Chat you connect with an advisor like you would do in Phone/Video call. During the entire live chat connection advisor will be present to reply. Live Chat is one to one connection between a client and an advisor.

Message is just a message you send to advisor. Advisor will reply when he/she is available.
