Can't Hear Recorded Message or Phone Reading or Video Reading

Please update app if you are using older version of the app. Older version doesn't support playing audio. 

If you can't hear audio when you play recorded message or Phone reading or Video reading then you need to increase volume on your device.

Alternatively you can also increase volume by Tap & Hold volume button on player and increase the volume by moving slider as shown in the following screenshot.
