i asked a question and she was very quick with response. It was not until i elaborated on my situation and i added new information that she would say she saw that too, however, she never brought it up or mentioned anything until i mentioned it. weird!

First time I've asked her a question. My question asked for a timeframe. she didn't even address that in her answer and instead gave a overall view as a reaponse. that disappointed me but was prompt, written well and understood my situation hence 3 stars.
