New feature suggestions

Following are some of the points we have put together which will help you in suggesting new features. We have already considered these features and provided feedback for the same as mentioned below.

You should read following before you can suggest a new feature to us. This will avoid submitting any duplicate suggestion.

1. Category for advisors

The category is already available on home screen under Specialisations. Tap on filter icon to see the list and click on Specialisations and select specialisation from the list.

2. Support contact number

This number is already available on Contact Support -> WhatsApp where you can use to chat with us. Since we are based in the UK and due to time differences, we are unable to provide support on phone to clients all over the world. You can also use More -> Live Support Chat to leave message to us.

3. You should have horoscope section

We are psychic app and not horoscope app.

4. Show average response time for advisors

Ours is a chat system where clients and advisors can chat with each other as per their availability. Our advisors are not our employees and they don't work on any fixed time. They are online as per their convenience hence response time is not possible to calculate and even if we calculate it will not help clients in any way. In order to achieve what you want to achieve you can following some of the following rules

Add advisor to your favourite list from their profile screen by clicking on heart icon at the top right. Turn on Online notification from More->Settings. When advisor comes online you will be notified and you can then live chat with advisor.

5. Allow text message to be sent along with attached image

This feature is already in our to-do list and will be released in next update.

6. Text message list should be increased

Each rate has a limit on maximum characters. For lower rate, the limit is lower, for higher rate limit is higher. You will see how many characters are allowed for the specific rate. It's not possible to change this limit.

Clients should be allowed to email to advisors for clarification and follow up

Ours is chat system and not an email system so it's not possible to implement this feature. You can use Testimonial for clarifications or follow-up which advisor will read and respond to you.

7. Advisors should mention their availability

As we have mantioned above we are chat app, advisors are not our employees and they don't work during specific time. Advisors are users just like you who come online when they have time. It's not feasible for them to provide time when they will be available. You can follow these steps to know when advisors are online.

Add advisor to your favourite list from their profile screen by clicking on heart icon at the top right. Turn on Online notification from More->Settings. When advisor comes online you will be notified and you can then live chat with advisor.

When advisors are online you the Chat/Phone/Video button will be Green or else it will become grey when they are not available.
