I's like to first point out that yes i did leave negative review to begin with, because i didnt feel the reading was looked into , youve explaind your reasons for that and kindly said uou would re-send one. i didn't realise uou wanted me to message you first which is why i left another Comment , but that was not negative i just wondered if you were going to send another!.
