I b wanting to wait for things to come all the way the to end to give my gratitude. This one I can't. Demetro from day one has been sweet and understanding let me know how to walk this out. I'm spiritual myself but her years of experience has her on another level. I did a service the reconnection. The night she started I went to bed like always. I sleep with my watch to tell my REM and deep sleep. That night I took off my watch; not what time but when I got up the next morning it stayed I had 3hr 21 min of REM. I have NEVER had that much REM that Ik of and I track damn near every day. If you look at the numbers again 3 hrs 21 mins that 3, 2, 1 these are angel numbers. I felt free and different after I had already done a spiritual bath this freed me more. She has walked me through the aftermath of what I'm and keeping me strong to see it through.
