Tried her twice, thinking the first time she just wasn’t that connected. The second time is the same, completely off, not answering my questions and just sends generic responses.

Did not answer my question at all. I was also thrown off when she wrote 'Dear.....'....I think she wasn't sure or confused my enquiry with someone else.
