A suggestion: For the converted credits earned from the quiz, if they are not used by a certain time, like a year or even 6 months, or even sooner, maybe customer support has the right to take away the credits if left unused.

I am unable to access my 10 free questions feature

On the leadership board for the quiz it only goes up to 16 and it normally goes to 20 and for my statistics it says I am rank 7. On the leadership board it doesn't show me as rank 7. Is there a bug in the app? I restarted the app and still says same thing. Please help.

I submitted 2 questions for quiz to earn credit. now, I can't see the status of it nor did I receive a notification about the status of it. There has to be a bug in the app. I restarted my phone and the app and still has no status of it and it doesn't show my questions I submitted. anymore.

I keep getting free quiz questions but can't find where to answer the questions. If I press the notification, it takes me to my statistics but I can't get to the questions. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has this problem so I thought I'd ask on here.

Customers need an option to leave a side note knowing who they tried to get readings from. Some psychics claim they can't connect & refund the money. Its kinda hard remembering what psychics you have not tried yet.
